Health & Safety Volunteers
Health & Safety Services volunteers help with first aid stations at local events such as 4th of July Celebrations, county fairs and many other events. They also represent the American Red Cross and the Chapter at health fairs, along with giving first aid presentations to community and business groups.
Volunteer Instructors teach First Aid & CPR/AED classes, babysitting, HIV/AIDS education, and many more health and/or safety related trainings.
There are also opportunities to assist within the office with everyday tasks related to Health & Safety, such as filing, mail outs, and talking with individuals over the phone or in person about various training opportunities the American Red Cross has to offer.
